The retreat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The retreat will start on Saturday 4th May 2019, arrival possible between 3pm and 7pm.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

It will end on\u00a0Saturday 11th May 2019, departure before 10am<\/strong>\u00a0(no class on this morning).<\/p>\n

The precise timetable is still to be defined but there will be a morning practice of around 2h45 and afternoon practices on alternate days.<\/p>\n

Having a regular yoga practice (intermediate level) is required to\u00a0sign up to the retreat.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The place<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Balaiana is located in the north of Sardinia, 20 minutes from the sea, half way between the west and the east coast.<\/p>\n

The place has a swimming pool, a big field and a shala with all the needed material. There will be the possibility to have massages (at your own costs).<\/p>\n

The food<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The food is vegetarian (mainly bio).<\/p>\n

If you have any food intolerance or allergy, thanks for letting us know on the sign-up form.<\/p>\n

The rate of the retreat includes 6 evening meals, 5 brunches and 2 breakfasts (Wednesday and the day of departure).<\/p>\n

Wednesday is a day off for the kitchen, therefore we will only get the breakfast on that day and it will give us the opportunity to savor a good meal in a Sardinian restaurant of your choice.<\/p>\n

Your arrival<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The nearest airport is Olbia (40 minutes).<\/p>\n

Alghero’s airport is at 1h45 and Cagliari is at 3h15.<\/p>\n

Renting a car is advised but organizing a transfer is possible too. We could eventually look into it as a group so as to minimise the number of cars we have to rent if some people are interested in this.<\/p>\n

Rates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There will be the possibility to be in a double room at the price of CHF 1190.-<\/p>\n

Or in a triple room at the price of CHF 1090.-<\/p>\n

All the rooms have their own bathroom.<\/p>\n

The rates include the lodging, the food and the yoga. They do not include the flights, the transfer fees, any cancellation insurance, extra drinks and other personal fees.<\/p>\n
