WORKSHOP WITH SARAH CAPEROS AND CAROLE REVELLY

Come and join us for an intense yet full of gentleness weekend workshop.

The practices will include asanas (postures) but also a small space dedicated to mantra, prānāyāma and meditation.

The workshop will be taught in French and will take place in Yogaworks Lausanne.
