Then the seer abides in itself, resting in its true nature.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presence \u30fblistening \u30fbclear vision \u30fbsilence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I do not teach anything, I share something that touches me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I share a moment that brings us closer to silence, where the innate nature of being is spontaneously revealed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This sharing evolves with me, by my inner discoveries, my own experiences, through life and my many encounters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It softens with time, for it realises it has nothing to prove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It simplifies with the years, for it gets closer to what I am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It takes more and more space in my life, for I realise it is it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it gives itself the right to be everything, detached from any doctrine, for it knows it is unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do not need to know what it is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What matters to me is that it brings tranquility, listening and presence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it brings space and transforms the fear of it into the curiosity to know oneself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it reinforces our discernment and connects us back to our inner knowing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it makes us want to care - for ourselves - for others - for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it teaches us to live with grace and authenticity each moment of our life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That it awakens us, and places us at the heart of ourselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where everything is love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where we know ourselves to be that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
