    • Focus of postures: it is practiced lying on your back. I would advise to place a thin and soft cushion under the head, maybe a bolster behind the knees, and a warm blanket to cover yourself.
    • Focus energetic: on the 28th April, I had shared a short version of the shavayatra…here is the full version. A deep relaxation for the body and the mind. It brings also a great quality of presence, softness and expansion of consciousness.

    • Focus energetic: this practice brings not only a deep relaxation to the body and the mind, but it also trains our focus and therefore enables us to develop a greater quality of attention, of presence.

    • Focus energetic: the practice brings us to center in the spine and therefore gives rise to presence. As presence grows, space, calm and ease increase consistently.

    • Focus of postures: soft backbends and forward bends, supported by the breath and the bandhas.
    • Focus energetic: the practice alternates the exploration of the front and of the back body, in order for us to center more easily in the spine and land deeper in the inherent peace of our being. It includes the practice of the breath, retentions and bandhas.

    • Focus of postures: few postures, mainly forward bends.
    • Focus energetic: to welcome softness, to let go and give ourselves space. To surrender to the earth and feel her support. To experience and gently integrate the transfer of energy that moves us from “holding to being held”.

    • Focus of postures: a very gentle and general class.
    • Focus energetic: this short practice can be done as a preparation for a meditation or simple on its own. It is calm and gentle, connects us to our body through the breath and softly brings us into the present moment.
