If you are around – just passing or settled – and you want to go deeper in your practice, I am happy to offer private (semi-private) classes. 

Or maybe you feel the need for strength, confidence, light and benevolence, and for that, yoga is a wondrous tool. It is equally wonderful for a therapeutic follow-up, whether it is physical, mental or emotional. I would be pleased to support you, towards a softer, more luminous and freer you.
