The retreat
The retreat will start on Saturday 4th May 2019, arrival possible between 3pm and 7pm.
It will end on Saturday 11th May 2019, departure before 10am (no class on this morning).
The precise timetable is still to be defined but there will be a morning practice of around 2h45 and afternoon practices on alternate days.
Having a regular yoga practice (intermediate level) is required to sign up to the retreat.
The place
Balaiana is located in the north of Sardinia, 20 minutes from the sea, half way between the west and the east coast.
The place has a swimming pool, a big field and a shala with all the needed material. There will be the possibility to have massages (at your own costs).
The food
The food is vegetarian (mainly bio).

The rate of the retreat includes 6 evening meals, 5 brunches and 2 breakfasts (Wednesday and the day of departure).
Wednesday is a day off for the kitchen, therefore we will only get the breakfast on that day and it will give us the opportunity to savor a good meal in a Sardinian restaurant of your choice.
Your arrival
The nearest airport is Olbia (40 minutes).
Alghero’s airport is at 1h45 and Cagliari is at 3h15.
Renting a car is advised but organizing a transfer is possible too. We could eventually look into it as a group so as to minimise the number of cars we have to rent if some people are interested in this.
Rates
There will be the possibility to be in a double room at the price of CHF 1190.-
Or in a triple room at the price of CHF 1090.-
All the rooms have their own bathroom.
The rates include the lodging, the food and the yoga. They do not include the flights, the transfer fees, any cancellation insurance, extra drinks and other personal fees.

To validate your registration, we ask you to pay the deposit. All the bank details are written on the form.
The retreat is guaranteed with a minimum of 14 people – 24 maximum.
