Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.

Tadā drashtuh svarūpé avasthānam

Then the seer abides in itself, resting in its true nature. 

My classes approach the asanas with the help of the breath. Just like they explore the breath by means of the postures.

They include the work of the bandhas and of energy.

They offer space to feel and for internalization.

They comprise time to sit.
